This event is Fifth annual People's Choice Podcast Awards hosted and organized by Podcast Connect Inc. This is a non-profit event for Podcast Connect, last year we gave away $5000.00 in cash and prizes. This is the fifth year which we have a independent firm that specializes in these types of events to monitor and guarantee a fair and equitable contest

Contributors should know that since it's launch in May 2005 this site has seen 45,000,000 plus hits with over 360,000 hits per day during the actual contest We do not allow any off site voting or nominating, all traffic will come thru this website. The 2009 Event is expected to hit 15,000,000 website impressions during the nomination and voting process.

We have 3 levels of Sponsorship:

• Corporate Donations
• Podcaster Donations
• Prize Donation
• Individual Donations

Levels of Sponsorship:

Corporate Donations (6) - ($1000.00) will be give banner ad space (120x240) on the left or right columns of the website.

• Your advertisement will remain on the site until the 2010 podcast awards.
• Any literature we produce will include your company name, logo and website.
• You are allowed to provide promotional materials to be included in gift packets that we will ship to all nominated and winning podcasters.
  
• Your Companies Logo will be on the downloadable Award Ceremony Program

Podcaster or Blogger Donations - ($250.00) will be give banner ad space (120x120) on the left or right columns of the website.

• Your advertisement will remain on the site until the 2010 Podcast Awards.
• Any literature we produce for the event will include your company name and website.
• You are allowed to provide promotional materials to be included in gift packets that we will ship to all nominated and winning podcasters.
• Your Podcast / Blog Name and URL will be on the Award Ceremony Program

Prize Donation - (Minimum 5 Items) Companies wanting to donate prizes can do so and will be distributed across categories as we see fit. Donations to a specific category must exceed a value of $50.00 and will be listed in the specific category. Prizes will be listed on the main site in valuation order as determined by the contest sponsors. Contact us Today.

• You are allowed to provide promotional materials to be included in gift packets that we will ship to all nominated and winning podcasters.
• A link to your site on the specific category the prize is being donated to, and text description of the prize on our donations page that describes your donated prize and links and information to your company.
• Companies Donating Prizes are encouraged to provide a discount code or discount to your product and service. We will work with you to implement that within your URL links if you so desire.

Be advised that Podcast Connect reserves the right to reject a prize offers. Prizes should be beneficial to podcasters. Podcast Connect will not accept Prizes from Hosting companies.Hosting companies are encouraged to use the Corportate Donation!

Individual Donations - if you are a individual and want to donate funds towards prize fund and trophies. 100% of what you donate will be returned to the podcasters

Note: Podcast Connect Inc. reserves the right to reject any sponsor that we feel is not acting in good faith or would negatively impact The 2009 People Choice Podcast Awards. Podcast Connect is not responsible for hardware or network failures that are in relation to the PodcastAwards.com website but will do all things in their power to assure the site remains up and available at all times. A secondary mirror site will be available as it was in 2008 which will act as a ready backup. All sponsorship monies raised minus hosting cost, site development cost and the awards ceremony will be used for prizes
